Oldhamstocks Community Association is a group of volunteers, who are elected from the community, by the community. OCA is a SCIO registered charity.
The committee can have up to 12 members at any one time. Each year at the AGM, the entire committee officially stands down and new member volunteers are called for. Volunteers may be new members, or people that have previously been on the committee. After the AGM, the new committee assigns the named roles of Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer, as it sees fit. The next AGM is due in November 2023.
