It’s raining… better get the roof up. All work this week has been “upstairs” (up scaffold) getting outer walls and roof beams on. As of a very wet Friday lunchtime, we had almost a complete run of roof beams across the rear half of the building. If you look at the beams as your passing over the weekend, you may wonder why some of the gaps are not even… this is for our velux windows at the back! And a little bonus for the week, we now also have our hatch up into the storage loft from just outside the kitchen door!
